Maryland used to have laws like this until it was overturned in the state supreme court.
The problem would be to garner the support of people in that state....because, let's face it...NC is about as religious as any other southern state. I've been thee...my mother lives there....it's disturbing.
This can't be happening....

How are they getting away with this, even through the No Religious Test Clause? Shouldn't the United States Supreme Court already be interfering?
